本日、無事に帰宅しました。
日本の旅では沢山の方と再会でき、すごく良い旅ができました。
本当にありがとうございました！！

今、京都です。関西では１１人の方と再会することができました。
姫路ではインドのダラムサラで会った人の家にお世話になり、夜は西表で会った２人のお客さん、ラサで知り合った女性と楽しく夕食会を開きました。
わざわざ来てくれた皆さんありがとう。
大阪では同じダラムサラ仲間のたけちゃんの家で６泊お世話になりました。高野山や落語の寄席に連れて行ってもらったり、家族の皆さんにもすごく親切にしてもらい幸せな日々でした。
そのたけちゃんがチベットの写真展とイベントを企画し、少しですが手伝いができて良かったです。オリンピック開催と共に発展し続ける中国という国の中で、迫害される民族がいることを他人である僕らも考えなけらばいけません。チベットを旅した者として少しでもあの美しい民族と世界を忘れないようにしたいです。
そのイベントにダラムサラで会った女の子、ラサで知り合った女性がさらに二人来てくれて、姫路に集まった中の３人もさらに来てくれました。
７０人近い方々が集まりイベントも大成功となりとても良かったです。そしてマレーシアで会った人とも４年ぶりに再会できました。
京都では西表で会った人と観光して、ネパールで会った旅人と再会しました。
明日は京都の別の町に住む屋久島で会った人と再会します。
旅先であった人たちと再び会えてホントに幸せです。良い出会いがあったことに心から感謝でいっぱいです。
本当にお世話になりました。ありがとう！！！！
名古屋は目と鼻の先。最後までゆったりと旅を楽しもう。

昨日九州からフェリーで四国に渡りました。
香川県の親戚の家にお世話になっています。
鹿児島からバスで福岡県へ移動。博多にいる友達３人と再会しました。ニュージーランド、インド、西表島であった方々で楽しい再会になりました。
その後、久留米市でもいるもて荘で会ったお客さんと会い、佐賀や福岡観光に連れて行ってもらいました。
その後は大分県のくりさん一家に家族ぐるみですごく良くしてもらいました。くりさんとはネパールの村やインドのマザーハウスなどで一緒に過ごした人です。
九州もすごく素敵な人とのかかわりができ、とても良い思い出になりました。九州の皆さま大変お世話になりました。
旅先で出会った人たちとそれぞれの生活の地で再会するのはとても考えさせられ、刺激になります。
旅ばかりもしていられませんもんね。旅の経験をこの先にどう繋げるかが大切だと思います。僕も旅をしてきたことを活かしながらこれからの生活という旅を頑張りたいです。
今日は５年ぶりに９０歳のおばあちゃんと会いました。ボケてしまって僕のことを覚えてなかったけど、元気な姿を見られて嬉しかったです。
明日は兵庫県へ移動。姫路で旅で知り合った友達４人に会う予定です。
名古屋まであと少しだなぁ。最後まで旅を楽しもう！！

鹿児島です。いよいよ本土上陸！！
７月３０日に鹿児島へ到着して、すぐに種子島へ行きました。種子島には高校のラグビー部時代の友達がサーフショップをやっていて２～３日寄るつもりが、何だかんだ１週間も居候させてもらいました。
子供達のキャンプに参加させてもらいウミガメの子供が海に旅立つところを見たり、子供たちの地引網の手伝いをしたり、トローリングで釣りをしたり、岩場で貝を取ったり、夏祭りの花火を見たり、サーフィンをしたり、ホントに充実した体験をたくさんしました。
まさに南の島で子供のころに戻ったように夏休みを過ごした感じです。
高校から知ってるもの同士、彼は島の生活を続け俺は旅を続けながら生きてきて、違う人生ながら何年か振りに会い、お互いに良い刺激を受け合えました。
島の生活に憧れたりするけど、島に暮らす大変さを彼から教えられました。そして、島で暮らすことの素晴らしさをそれ以上に教えられたのも事実です。
種子島といえば鉄砲発祥の地と宇宙基地がある以外は別にこれといって観光の見所はありません。だけど、サーファーにはサーフスポットとして有名でこの島に住み着く人間も徐々に増えているようです。
都会から集まった者同士がサーフィン仲間でコミュニティーを作る中、彼は島の人間と文化や歴史を守りながらサーフィンを通して未来の子供達に島で暮らす素晴らしさを伝えようとしています。
新しい文化を島の歴史に刻むことは大変なことだけど、何より島や海や文化を大切にして、楽しんで暮らしてる彼ならやってくれるはずです。
沖縄からの最後の島旅で、観光だけではなく島の人たちと少しでも関われる旅ができたことがすごく良かったです。
ありがとう、マサシ！！また会おう。
そして昨日鹿児島市に到着して、今日は桜島へ行ってきました。４年ぶりの桜島はいつも偉大で、２００４年の旅のゴールの地であり、あの伝説の長渕剛のオールナイトコンサートがあった場所で、俺にとってどこよりも思い出深い場所であります。
旅に慣れ感動する気持ちが薄れている今、明日に繋がる勇気と希望をこの鹿児島の桜島はいつも俺に与えてくれる。
さて、鹿児島では沢山の元気をもらったし最後まで旅を楽しみ頑張ります！！
明日は福岡市に向かいます！！

沖縄満喫中です！！
八重山の離島巡りをしつつ、日本最西端の与那国島へ12年振りに行ってきました。ドラマ「Ｄｒコトー」で観光地として有名になってはいても、昔と変わらない海の青さと景色の素晴らしさを堪能して来ました。安宿で旅仲間と知り合ったり、久々にバックパッカーしてます。
与那国でいるもて荘で同じ時期に働いてた子と合流して那覇へ飛行機で飛び、すぐに船で１５時間かけて北・南大東島へ５泊６日で旅行してきました。サトウキビ畑しかない何もない島ですが、海は世界に誇れるくらい青く澄んでとても綺麗です。絶壁に囲まれた島は砂浜もなく、荷物も車もそして人もクレーンで吊るされてしか上陸できません。民宿「金城」という心温まる宿に集まった旅人と毎日美味しい物を食べ歩いていました。魚は新鮮で沖縄でこんなに美味しい刺身を食べられるとは思ってなかったです。しかも安いからたまりません！！大東島を語らずして沖縄を制したと言っては、まだまだビギナーです。日本もまだまだ面白い場所がいっぱいありますよね。
そして那覇に戻り沖縄に移住した旅仲間や知り合いと再会したり沖縄本島も満喫してます。
約半年の沖縄の旅を終えて、いよいよ明日船で鹿児島を目指します。いよいよ日本本土上陸です。沖縄を離れるのは淋しいですが、内地で色んな人と再会できるのも楽しみ。
さて旅も終盤！！最後まで楽しもう。

７月４日に西表島を出発しました。
初めて旅した２０歳の旅のゴール、そして今回の旅の終着地。旅の最後の場所として西表島の生活はすべてを満たしてくれました。
お世話になった宿のお母さん、一緒に働いてくれたヘルパー達、いるもて荘に来てくださったお客さん、そして旅で出会ったすべての人に対して感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
これから名古屋に帰り自分なりの目標もありますが、まだ迷いや悩みがあります。旅をする意味は何かと考えると結果的に人生の生きる意味に繋がります。結局自分探しの旅をして自分を見つめ直しても、あるのは現実だけです。『今をどう生きるか！？』そして今の自分が頑張るだけです。旅をして何かが変わるかといわれたら、何も変わりません。だけど色んな人に出会い色んな国の文化に触れ、旅をして心から良かったと幸せだったと思っています。初めて旅した２０歳のころと気持ちは変わりません。それはただ成長していないだけなのかもしれないけど、若いころの気持ちを忘れず持ち続けられたのかもしれません。
旅を長く続けて日本の現実社会に戻れるか不安もありますが、問題は自分がどうしたいかですよね。これからの人生を今までの旅で学んだように、幸せと思える瞬間を多く感じられるように生きられたらと思います。
西表を出てから鳩間島、竹富島、黒島と旅しました。他の島ものどかで良かったです。今日は石垣島に泊まって、明日から与那国島に泊まる予定です。今後の予定ですが、７月１６日に那覇に行き、船で鹿児島、それから徐々に北上して名古屋に戻る予定です。多分名古屋へ帰るのはお盆前後だと思います。

ご無沙汰しております。
日本帰国、沖縄の西表島の生活が始まり早５ヵ月が経ちました。
YHいるもて荘のヘルパーといえども仕事は大変で、旅メールも４ヵ月以上ほったらかしですみませんでした。
こちらは梅雨が明けたらしく、夏らしくなり海はすごくキレイです。
そして、西表島を７月３日に出る予定にしました。色んな所を旅してきたけど、やっぱりここが一番だとあらためて思います。
何だかんだ仕事として働いているので旅の気持ちでいることはできなかったけど、最後に西表で過ごせたことはすごく旅の締めくくりとしては最高の思い出になりました。
